He is so down to earth and such a wonderful CHEF! He will custom make you any dish you would like. Tell him what you are thinking if it is not on the menu- he lives for a challenge in the kitchen! Everyone in my family is a HUGE fan of Jose's restraunt. My personal favorites are the Girasoles Salad with homemade basalmic dressing, Zambranos Chicken and Homemade Fried Cheesecake. CAN YOU SAY HEAVEN? YUM. My 4 year old little girl chooses Jose's every chance she gets to pick our place for dinner. I went to subscribe to your RSS feed, and when i clicked it i got an error that said "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING" followed by other gibberish that scrolled off the screen.
