How to Buy Homeowner Insurance

This is one of those things that some real  estate agents just assume buyer's will understand and take care of on their own.  NOT, as a listing agent, many times I've seen buyers desperately seeking insurance from the closing table.  I feel sorry for the buyer and a little embarrassed for the other agent when this happens.  Homeowners Insurance is a MUST for purchasing a home.....enjoy and learn!
