  I find that my answer to that question has many variables these days.  For some people, it really is a great time to buy or sell and then there are some that probably should not even be dipping their big toe in that water right now.  It all comes down to your needs, motivation and personal financial circumstances and that hasn’t changed much, in my opinion.    

There are some fabulous deals available in the Watkinsville, Georgia area real estate market right now, but the terms and conditions set by the seller’s can be tricky, so make sure you know exactly what you are committing to before going under contract (binding agreement).  So my recommendation is:  if you are considering buying or selling, lets take a look at your personal picture and see what develops.
